In order to successfully fulfill its mission, S.C. Dual Man maintains and constantly improves an integrated management system for quality, environment, occupational health, and safety, based on the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2015, SR EN ISO 14001:2015 and SR EN ISO 45001:2018 standards.

We manufacture a variety of products: lattice towers and conical or polygonal monopoles for supporting telecommunication antennas, conical/polygonal metal poles for lighting, traffic lights or photovoltaic panels, portals, and brackets for road signs (vertical signage), resistance structures for buildings, skylights and facades for buildings, platforms, walkways and metal structures for industrial applications/machinery, specific sub-assemblies for machinery, containers, etc.

The steel structure factory has high productivity CNC technology for plasma and oxygen cutting of sheet metal, bending of sheet metal in lengths up to 12 m, as well as cutting, machining, and bending of rolled pipes and profiles up to 12 m in length:

• CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting machines up to 12 m in length;
• 8 m and 12 m long CNC Abkant machines;
• CNC embossing machines for thick sheets;
• Combined CNC machine for cutting and drilling rolled profiles up to 18 m long;
• Bending machine for rolled profiles and pipes with 2-axis control;
• Semi-automatic lines for linear welding;
• Hydraulic horizontal and vertical presses;
• Other.

Welding processes are one of the core competencies of Dual Man’s business.

Welding of stainless steel by qualified processes is carried out by our authorized personnel, at a high-quality level, both in manual and semi-automatic modes. Qualifying processes are:

• MIG / MAG;
• WIG / TIG;
• Electric pressure spot welding;
• Bolt welding.
