The general mechanics factory
Dual Man manufactures components for industrial machinery, special machine tools, and mechanical assemblies, accumulating over 20 years of experience in this field, with personnel specialized in the precision machining of metal parts and structures, as well as in the execution of precision welding and assembly work.
Over the years, the factory has specialized in the production of a wide variety of metal assemblies requiring precision machining on high-performance machines and assembly/assembly work carried out by experienced teams for the production of “on-site” machine tools for industrial maintenance, metallurgical machinery, special welding machinery, heat treatment machinery, components for railway rolling stock, etc.
For this production, the factory has, in addition to high-performance chipping machines, high-precision measuring, and control equipment:
- CNC boring and milling machines for parts with dimensions LxBxH up to 6000 x 1500 x 1000 mm;
- CNC portal milling center for parts with dimensions LxlxH up to 10000 x 2500 x 1500 mm;

- Round and plane grinding machines for workpieces up to 2 m long;
- Full range of conventional machine tools for all types of machining;
