In order to successfully fulfill its mission, S.C. Dual Man maintains and continuously improves an integrated management system for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2015, SR EN ISO 14001:2015 and SR EN ISO 45001:2018 standards. These certifications cover the manufacturing and assembly of steel structures and steel poles used in infrastructure, construction and telecommunications projects.

We manufacture a wide range of steel structures and industrial welded assemblies: lattice towers and conical or polygonal monopoles for supporting telecommunication antennas, steel poles for public lighting (conical/polygonal), traffic lights and photovoltaic panels, portals and brackets for road signage structures (vertical signange), load-bearing structures for buildings, platforms, walkways, skylights, facades and industrial steel structures for machinery and equipment. We also produce custom metal sub-assemblies and steel containers.

The steel structure factory is equipped with high-precision, high-productivity CNC technologies for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting of sheet metal, bending operations up to 12 m in length, as well as the cutting, CNC machining and bending of large-dimension rolled pipes and profiles up to 12 m. These capabilities enable the efficient fabrication of complex steel structures and custom steel poles.

Main equipment used in steel structure fabrication

  • CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting machines up to 12 m in length;
  • 8 m and 12 m long CNC Abkant machines;
  • CNC embossing machines for thick sheets;
  • Combined CNC machine for cutting and drilling rolled profiles up to 18 m long;
  • Bending machine for rolled profiles and pipes with 2-axis control;
  • Semi-automatic lines for linear welding;
  • Hydraulic horizontal and vertical presses;
  • Other.

Qualified welding processes for steel structures

Industrial welding is one of the main competencies of Dual Man’s factory.

We weld stainless steels and heavy steel components using qualified procedures, performed by our authorized personnel. Work is carried out both manually and semi-automatically, using the following certified welding processes:

  • MIG / MAG;
  • WIG / TIG;
  • Electric pressure spot welding;
  • Bolt welding.

All welding processes are certified according to EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834 for welded assemblies and heavy steel structures.
