For Dual Man, developing products for the modernization of the railway infrastructure system is a priority.
Thanks to our engineering and metal fabrication capabilities, the company has contributed to several railway-specific projects, including applications for the national railway network.
Based on our AFER certifications for railway components, we manufacture steel poles, cantilevers and welded portals for supporting the catenary, signals and luminous indicators. We are AFER accredited, with full execution traceability and hot-dip galvanized corrosion protection, while also having significant international experience.
Portals for railway infrastructure
Dual Man designs and manufactures welded steel portals up to 40 meters in length. These complex structures require multidisciplinary teams (designers, structural engineers, certified welders and specialists in assembly and testing) which Dual Man can provide.
Rolling stock
Dual Man has extensive experience in manufacturing welded assemblies for rolling stock, complex metal products with stringent quality requirements, delivered to Romanian and international partners in compliance with EN 15085-2 CL1 standard, part of our portfolio of railway metal components.
Railway transport depends on reliable catenary support structures, signalling systems and power supply components, all essential elements for the safe operation of rail traffic.
Our experience in manufacturing railway catenary poles spans several decades, ensuring that each pole meets national and international norms and technical regulations.
